Once the resume is submitted, selection process involves the following

Academic evaluation
  Degrees earned by the individual will be evaluated toward the equivalent credit hours in US standards. The GPA will be normalized to a 0-4 degree scale.
Technical interviews
  Technical interview will test the understanding of the basics and the depth of experience of the individual.
HR interview
  HR interview will test the leadership skill and team skills of the individual.
Status validation
Background Checks
  All status documents should be submitted before scheduling the interview. Includes legal status documents, transcripts of the degrees earned and reference letters from previous experiences.
